CBC offers traditional format online programs through PACE (Professional Adult Education Department). PACE allows adults to attend classes one night a week.

Athletics are an integral part of the CBC campus life. Central Baptist College is a member of the NAIA and NCCAA and competes in the American Midwest Athletic Conference.
